Blu was very good. My family and I got tempura shrimp and fried calamari as an appetizer that came with this delicious sauce. We also got the blu tacos and the fish tacos that were to die for. The fish tacos were very fresh and super flavorful and refreshing . The blu tacos were amazing!

Escape to a seaside resort for a moment in Gilbert, AZ-complete with live music, a full menu, indoor-outdoor seating. We ordered the Blu ribeye steak, Blu Alfredo grilled shrimp pasta, a side of brussel sprouts, chips and guac, and a nice warm broth (don't recall what it was called.)

Truly love this place! We visit a couple times a month. They welcome you in and serve you their caldo bichi, that I love. The restaurant is trendy and we love using it as one of our date night spots. My favorite item on the menu so far is the oysters.
